Terry Newitt"Art is life, life is art. Art is so big it encompasses everything!"In 2004, I was honored by the Art Educators of Delaware as the state's Art Educator of the Year. I have taught high school and college courses for 36 years. Never once have I taught a studio course the same way twice. Each set of students offers a unique dynamic, a chance for exquisite teaching moments. As a result, I cannot offer a day to day syllabus for each semester course, but present here an overview of each class. Currently, visual thinking/design skills married with burgeoning technology are creating a paradigm that our trained Archmere art students are comfortably stepping into and leading globally. I'm proud of that! |
